1. Scope of Services
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered by us — including but not limited to manuscript editing, book cover design, formatting, and publishing support.

2. Client Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate, complete manuscript or project materials.

• You must supply clear project requirements (genre, word count, formatting preferences, etc.).

• You agree to review drafts and provide feedback promptly.

3. Service Delivery & Revisions

• We deliver the agreed services per the timeline included in your invoice or quote.

• Minor revisions (within scope) are included as part of the agreed service. Major changes or changes beyond the original brief may require additional payment.

4. Ownership & Copyright

• You retain full copyright and ownership of your manuscript and intellectual property.

• We do not claim ownership over your content — our role is service-based: editing, design, formatting.

• Any intermediate drafts, working files, or templates remain our property if not included in your final deliverables (unless otherwise agreed).

5. Disclaimer & Liability

• While we aim for high quality and professional standards, we cannot guarantee that edited work will be error-free in all cases. Editing is a human process.

• We are not responsible for consequences resulting from publishing or distribution of your work (sales, reviews, legal, etc.).

• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or financial losses.

6. Payment & Fees

• Payment terms, price, and schedule are as specified in your invoice or quote.

• Services remain your responsibility once final deliverables are accepted.

7. Termination & Refusal of Services

• We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if communication becomes abusive or if you provide content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates third-party rights.

• If either party fails to fulfill obligations, this contract may be terminated; in such case, you will only be charged for work completed to date.

8. Agreement Acceptance
By using our services or submitting materials, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, along with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

Please note that the Descriptor on your Card will be NUERGY NETWORKS
All the plan services will be provided to the customer digitally via the Internet.
All services are completed within 1 to 7 days from the order placing date.
