Refund Policy

Services Nature & Refund Eligibility
Because our services involve human work (editing, design, formatting), refunds are limited and subject to the following conditions:

• Refunds are considered only before the work on your project begins, or if we explicitly fail to deliver agreed services.

• Once we begin work (editing started, design drafted, formatting in progress), or after final deliverables are accepted — no refunds.

• If you cancel a project before we start, we may refund the amount minus any processing fees or deposits (if applicable).

Revision & Quality Assurance

• We allow minor revisions within the scope of the original brief until you are satisfied.

• If final delivery misses major agreed-upon requirements (formatting, cover design specs, etc.), you may request corrections instead of refunds.

How to Request a Refund

• Send your refund request via email within 7 days of ordering — and only if work has not yet started. Include your invoice/order ID.

• Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–10 business days, credited back to the original payment method used.

No Refunds for Change of Mind

• Change-of-mind, delay in publication, changes in market conditions, or personal preference do not qualify for refunds once work has started.
